Its been a good few months since I've made post on here, and lots has happened. I've just been so damn busy recently I havent had the time, but thats a good thing.

I've released some games! Space Punk Racer has just come out, so go and check it out if you havent already! Its the first game I've done using LongAnimals (fake) 3D racing engine, and I'm very pleased with what we managed to pull off. It was a lot of work, but I love the variety of environments I got in there and the speed at which the game runs. Hopefully I'll get to do another game with that engine at some point in the future! I also did The Lance with the-EXP, which is a really addictive little game so play that too if you havent.

Theres lots more in the pipeline too! Cowlorful is finished and up for sponsorship now, which I made with my good friend Craig from Grindhead Games who helped build this very website. We're very proud of it and cant wait to release it to the world! Expect to see it sometime in October, If you havent seen the trailer check it out:

Its always exciting when I get to work on a new game with one of Armor Games' developers. At the moment I've actually got TWO projects going on with them, a sequel with the mighty the-EXP and another new idea with the glorious jmtb02! Very excited about both of these, and im not even gonna mention the other really cool Joey Betz game I did a bit of work on a while ago... Theres also 2 small games with some other indie devs somewhere in the pipeline, which I finished working on a week or so ago. Both of those should be great too!

We moved house at the end of August! My office is almost twice the size as the old one, and the rest of the house is perfect too - I finally have a gas hob! I also managed to fry my macbook a few weeks ago... I am known to by my friends to be very clumsy but proved them wrong by spilling a bottle of beer over the keyboard... Hopefully I'll be able to recover all my data, if not i've lost a lot of source files and Penguinz 2 concepts (luckily all my current projects are backed up online). The cloud has a silver lining though... I went and bought a 27" imac! The extra screen space is a godsend, everything felt so cramped on that old 15" macbook, and it forces me to sit at a better position for my back so everything is good!

I'll try and update the blog more often... I'll keep my newest games updated regularly though so keep checking back!
